What does the warranty cover?

Twelve months from the invoice date, covering manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use. It does not cover physical or accidental damage, liquid damage, software problems or normal battery wear. Keep the original invoice and make sure the serial or IMEI matches our records — Playphone handles the claim with the authorised supplier on your behalf.

How long does delivery take in Oman?

Delivery is free anywhere in Oman. Inside Muscat it is typically 2 to 3 business days, with dispatch within 48 hours on items held in stock. You can also collect from our Ruwi or Salalah store, usually the same day when the item is on the shelf.

Is this product original?

Yes. Every AirPods Max we sell is brand new, factory sealed and 100% original. Playphone does not stock refurbished, pre-owned or grey-market units. You can check the serial or IMEI on the sealed box against the device before you accept delivery, and the same number is recorded on your invoice.

Do AirPods Max work with Android?

They connect over Bluetooth to any device, so basic listening and calls work. Features that rely on Apple's ecosystem — automatic switching between your Apple devices, for instance — need an iPhone, iPad or Mac. They are best suited to someone already using Apple hardware.

AirPods Max or AirPods Pro 3?

AirPods Max are over-ear headphones — more comfortable for long listening and stronger noise cancellation, but not pocketable. AirPods Pro 3 are in-ear, far more portable, rated IP57 for sweat and water, and cost considerably less. Choose Max for desk and travel listening, Pro for everyday carry and exercise.

How much are AirPods Max in Oman?

Apple AirPods Max are OMR 199.000 at Playphone Oman, reduced from OMR 225.000. Sealed, 100% original, 12-month warranty and free delivery across Oman.
